Founder and CEO
Industry rebel. Waste Reimaginer. Upcycler before it was cool.
A fashion, media, and marketing leader with over three decades of experience as a designer, show producer, magazine publisher, red carpet reporter, and tech marketing executive. Her designs have been worn by Maye Musk, Vivica A. Fox, and Jeannie Mai.
She began upcycling in the 1980s. In 2023, after transitioning fully to an all-upcycled line, she experienced firsthand the lack of infrastructure supporting transformation-driven creators.
She founded Upcyclers to build the platform she wished existed.
Oscar Arven Aruta
Founding Team and Technology Officer
Structure Builder. Execution Driver. Product Leader.
Oscar brings over 25 years of experience leading technology delivery across SaaS, AI enabled, and enterprise platforms. He has built and stabilized cross functional teams, strengthened governance, and embedded quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
At Upcyclers, he leads product delivery and management, guiding features from concept to launch with clarity, discipline, and measurable quality. He focuses on building the systems and operational structures that turn vision into reliable, scalable products.

Founding Team and Full Stack
Code Builder. Systems Thinker. Always Iterating.
A full stack engineer focused on strengthening platform performance and product experience. He works across application development and DevOps to build reliable systems, streamline workflows, and improve release efficiency.
At Upcyclers, he supports the infrastructure behind listings, transactions, and creator tools, ensuring the platform scales smoothly as user and marketplace activity grows.
